Ingredients

  • CASSEROLE
  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup condensed
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • CASSEROLE TOPPING
  • 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS and place in a 3qt casserole dish.

Saute cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
