Quick Apple Pie Moonshine a fun cocktail reminiscent of years past. This cocktail recipe, however, is made quickly and easily. It’s slightly sweet and full of apple and cinnamon.

Ingredients

• 750 ml 190 proof Everclear
• 1 cup Captain Morgan Rum
• 1 gallon good quality apple juice
• 2 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 6 cinnamon sticks
• 1 tablespoon cloves

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pot, heat juice, cloves and cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a simmer, then add brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Simmer and stir 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
Allow to cool completely.
Once mixture is room temperature, stir in Everclear and rum.
Serve in mason jars with cinnamon stick in bottom of jar.
