Ingredients

  • 1 pkg spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 small jar of artichokes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp minced dried onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 4 dashes hot sauce
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Cup mozzarella Cheese, reserve half for top
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, reserve half for top
  • pinch of hot pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixer bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Add cheese, spinach, artichokes, salt, pepper, milk, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, minced dried onions, and pepper. Mix on medium speed until combined well.

Grease a small shallow casserole dish with olive oil. Pour mixture into the dish. Sprinkle the top with remaining cheese. Bake at 425* until bubbly and golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve warm with slices of toasted bread, chips or crackers.

*1 pkg fresh spinach can be substituted for the frozen. Steam in microwave for 3 minutes, chop and drain.
