Cauliflower with Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, separated into florets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Cook cauliflower. In small bowl stir together mayo,and Dijon mustard. Spread over the top of the cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Broil to melt cheese.

Can use parmesan cheese instead of cheddar.
