Delicious Scones

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/3 c cold butter-cut into pieces
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c whipping cream
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• whipping cream or milk
• sugar
• butter, jam

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
2. In a large bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and mix
3. Add butter, cut in with a pastry blender until coarse crumbs
4. Make a well in the middle of flour mixture, set aside.
5. Whisk egg, cream, vanilla in another bowl.
6 Pour gently in the middle of flour mixture.
7. Stir
8. Bake at 400' for 12-14 minutes.
