Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups sprouted oats
  • 1/2 cup crispy pecans or almonds
  • 3 tbsp. sprouted sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash salt

Preparation

Step 1

Toast oats and seeds at 350 for 12 minutes.

Melt butter, sugar and honey and cook for about 5 minutes until it appears foamy. Off the heat add salt and vanilla.

Mix oats seeds, nuts and butter mixture in a bowl until well coated.

Put in an 8x8 buttered dish and press until compact and even.

Bake at 300 for about 25 minutes.
