  • 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup canned diced green chilies
  • 1 tbs. coarsely chopped cilantro
  • 1/8 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tbs. lime juice
  • 4 tsp. olive oil, divided
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Salmon or Fish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
Brush fish with 2 tsp. of the oil and grill. Serve with Salsa
