Ingredients

  • 7 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 1/4 c packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 3/4 c packed fresh parsley sprigs
  • 1 t crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 t coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/4 c white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 t grated lime peel
  • 1/3 c EVOO
  • Grilled steak

Preparation

Step 1

Place garlic in small food processor; cover & chop. Add cilantro, parsley, pepper flakes & pepper; cover & process until finely chopped.

Add vinegar,lime juice, soy sauce & lime peel. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream.

Serve with steak.
