Ingredients

  • 1 handful/cup (approx) dark, leafy greens
  • 2/3-1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 Apple (cored)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

Preparation

Step 1

Add greens and liquid to your blender and blend first. If your greens are stemmy or stalky, remove the stalks or stems and chunk up the leaves before blending to help less high-powered machines and still get a great blend.

Add fruit and blend again. Chunk up your Apple to help your blender break it down easily.

Add protein powder and blend one final time. .
