- 1 package tortillas
- 3 cups cooked and boned chicken
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
Break up tortillas and place in bottom of 9- by 13-inch casserole dish; layer with cooked chicken. Top with chopped onion and cover with sharp or medium grated cheese.
Mix soups and tomatoes together and pour over cheese, chicken, and tortillas. Top with more cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
