Ingredients
- Round provolone cheese slices
- Mexican spices
- Garlic powder
- Taco fillings, as desired

Preparation
Step 1
To make the shells....
Place Parchment paper on a cookie sheet, spray with cooking spray.... Evenly space 3 slices of Provolone Cheese on the parchment.. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and Mexican spices. Bake for 10-11 minutes until color is right...Then, Immediately pick up each shell and place over the edge of a foil thickened edge of a pan to cool....you must do this quickly so they won't crack as they cool quickly and harden.
Fill with desired taco fillings.
