Ingredients
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz.) whole kernel sweet corn, no salt added, drained
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, no salt added
- 1 1/4 cups (6 oz.) chopped, cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup green or red sweet pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped (or 3/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
