Ingredients
- Directions:
- 4 quarts medium cucumbers, sliced
- 6 medium white onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup salt
- 5 cups sugar
- 3 cups cider vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoons turmeric
- 1 ½ teaspoons celery salt
- 2 teaspoons mustard seed
- ● Slice cucumbers thin, but do not peel; add onions, whole garlic cloves, and salt.
- ● Mix well and cover with cracked ice; let stand for 3 hours; drain well.
- ● Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil; pour over cucumbers.

● Heat to just a boil; spoon into sterilized jars and seal.
