Step 1

I usually make spinach vegetable dish. I remove stem. I sautee a small onion, 2 cloves garlic on a little olive oil, I put spinach (300g) in a blender with 200 ml milk then I add puree to onions and cook it till it's creamy, add seasoning: salt, pepper, vegeta. Serve it with meatloaf or fried eggs
