  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 pkg mint chocolate cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 jar hot fudge ice cream topping
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare and bake brownies according to package edirections in a greased 9x13 inch pan; cool cpmpletely and ten cut into tiny squares.

In a bowl, mix pudding with milk until set. Pour half the pudding into the bottom of a large glass salad bowl or punch bowl. Place half the brownie sqares evenly over pudding. Sprinkle one third of the cookies over brownies. Drizzle half the ice cream topping over cookies. Repeat layers with remaining pudding, brownie, and another third of the cookie crumbs. Drizzle remaining ice cream topping over cookies and then spread whipped topping over top. To garnish sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs over whipped topping.
