Cookies and Cream Trifle

• 1 chocolate or white cake mix
• ingredients listed on back of box
• 2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
• 3 cups milk
• 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese softened
• 1 pkg (1lb) chocolate sandwich cookes chopped
• 1 container (12oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Make and bake cake accoring to package directions. Allow cake to cool and then crumble it. mix together pudding mixes and milk and then beat in cream cheese.

In a glass punch bowl, layer half the cakee crumbs. half the pudding mixture and one third or the cookies. Repeat layers with remaining cake crumbs, pudding mix, and another third of the cookies. Spread whipped topping owver top. Sprinkle remaining cookies over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
