Ingredients
- 1 box white cake, prepared as directed (2 9 inch rounds)
- 1 box red velvet cake, prepared as directed (2 9 inch rounds)
- 2 containers Cool-Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 1 carton strawberries, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Take 1 red velvet round, top with whipped cream and chopped strawberries. Top with 1 white cake round, whipped cream and chopped strawberries. Repeat with remaining red velvet round and follow with remaining white cake round.
Either keep top with whipped cream and chopped strawberries, keeping the sides of the cake "open". Or, you can spread whipped cream and "ice" layers, and top with decorative strawberries.
