Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 6 oz. silken tofu
- dash of lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients except the oil, in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
With the machine running, gradually add the olive oil in a slow, steady stream until the dip is smooth and thickened.
Season with salt & pepper to taste, then pour into a serving bowl.
If covered, the dip will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
