Ingredients
- 4 bagels, split
- 1/2 c. fat-free herbed cream cheese
- 1/2 c. spinach leaves
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place bagel halves, cut side up, on sheet. Spread each half with 1 TBSP. of cream cheese. Then top each with spinach, tomatoes, and onion slices.
Bake until the bagels begin to brown and are heated through, 5-8 minutes.
Note: To add extra zip, sprinkle each sandwich with a little basil and grated parmesan cheese before baking.
