Ingredients
- • 4 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- • 12 ounces cream cheese
- • 3 tablespoons sour cream
- • 3/4 cup Cheddar, plus 3/4 cup for sprinkling
- • 3/4 teaspoon salt
- • 3 tablespoons flour

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. In a food processor or blender, puree 2 cups of corn.
3. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients, except 3/4 cup of cheese, together until evenly mixed.
4. Spread mixture in an 8” x 8” baking dish. Sprinkle reserved cheese evenly on top. Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes.
