Peach Crisp

Ingredients

• Bananas 2 chopped
• peaches 2 cans
• cinnamon chex cereal 2 C
• all purpose flour 1/4 C
• butter 5TB
• whip cream - or vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

chop banana
mix bananas with peaches in an 8" square baking dish
in blender combine cereal, flour - cut in butter until it resembles course crumbs
sprinkle crumbs over peaches
bake uncovered at 375 for 15-20 min until topping is browned
top each serving with vanilla ice cream or whip cream


serve with coffee
