Ingredients
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) Swanson's Chicken Broth
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups each chopped onion and green pepper
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1 can (about 15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans (5 oz each) or 1 can (10 oz) Swanson Premium chunk White Chicken, drained

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan mix broth, cumin, black pepper, onion and green pepper. Over medium-high heat, heat to boil. Stir in rice. Cover and cook over low heat 20 min or until rice is done.
Add beans and chicken and heat through.
