- London Broil cut 2-2 1/2 inches thick
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve beef bouillon cube in ½ cup boiling water. Add cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
Place London Broil in heavy duty foil in a baking dish. Pour soup mixture over meat. Seal foil well. Make a small vent hole in foil for steam to escape. Put 1 inch of water in the bottom of dish. Bake at 400˚ for 2-3 hours. Add more water as water evaporates.
