Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 1 c chopped Italian plum tomatoes (3 med)
- 1/3 c chopped fresh basil
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/2 c shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425. Remove pie crust from pouch; place crust flat on ungreased cookie sheet. If necessary press out folds and creases. Bake 6-8 min or until light golden brown.
Meanwhile, in med bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except cheese.
Remove partially baked crust from oven. Spread tomato mix over crust and sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven and bake 7-10 min longer or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
