Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 4 eggs
- 16 ounces chocolate syrup
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring, optional
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup mint chocolate chips, or semi- sweet

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13
Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 min until top springs back. Top may still appear wet. Cool completely in pan.
Mint cream layer.
Combine next 5 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Spread on cake. Chill.
Chocolate topping:
Melt nest 3 ingredients in microwave on high for 1-1 1/2 minutes or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
