Ingredients
- Tomato, regular or plum
- Pickling cucumber, cut in chunks -2C to each tomato
- 1/2 lb feta cheese
- 12 Calamata Greek olives, drained
- 2 white onions, sliced thin
- Lettuce, optional
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
