Ingredients
- 3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup biscuit baking mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- Plum sauce

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Serve with plum sauce.
