Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations refrigerated flaky dough sheet
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 pepperoni slices (about 1 ounce)
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 oz)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
If using crescent rolls; unroll dough into 1 large rectangle; press perforations to seal. If using dough sheet; unroll dough into 1 large rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over rectangle to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Starting at short side, roll up rectangle; pinch edges to seal. Cut into 16 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet. Top each slice with 1 pepperoni slice and about 1 teaspoon mozzarella cheese. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted. (Bottoms will be very deep golden brown).
