Aunt Mimi's Crumb Cake

Ingredients

• 4 1/2 c flour
• 3 c sugar
• 3 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients above. Take away 3 3/4 cups of this mixture. To the remaining batter add: 3 eggs, 1 cup milk, 2 teaspoons vanilla. This batter will be loose, poor into a large tray that is floured and greased.

To remaining batter add: 4 Tablespoons butter, 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix together with a fork to make crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
