Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced dry onion
- 2 tablespoons green or red bell pepper, or combination
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix salad ingredients together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad
and toss.
