Ingredients

• # tbs olive oil
• 2 1/2 tbs apple cider vinegar
• 1 1/2 tbs chopped Tarragon
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp sugar
• 3 celery stalks chopped
• Fennel thinly sliced crosswise
• 1 tbs fennel fronds
• Julienned apples
• salt / pepper
