Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. white sugar
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
• 1 1/8 c. peanut butter
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 4 1/2 c. quick oats
• 1/2 c. chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. M&M's

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream together eggs, butter, sugars
and vanilla extract. Mix in the other ingredients by hand to form a stiff
dough. Make sure the oats are the quick cooking variety, as they make the
cookies fluffier than regular oats. Bake tablespoons full of dough on a
greased cookie sheet for about 10 - 12 minutes.
