  • 2 boxes mixed-fruit Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cans whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • chopped pecans to taste

Step 1

Pour the Jello mix into a large bowl. Boil 2 cups water and add to Jello mix, stirring until dissolved. Set mixture aside for about 10 minutes, to cool slightly. Add 2 cups of cold water and stir well. Place bowl in frig, and allow Jello to set awhile, about 30 minutes, to where it's no longer runny, but hasn't yet become Jello-like. Gently stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and pecans. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set in frig, allowing at least 2 hours to chill.
