- Package of phyllo sheets
- 8 oz butter
- sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1) Thaw phyllo and lay out on pan with damp cloth over dough to keep moist.
2) Lay a sheet of phyllo brushed well with butter, place scond sheet on top and brush with butter. Repeat pattern for 5 phyllo sheets.
3) Cut out to desired shape. Dust top with sugar and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
* Make a pinwheel out of four with fruit or sauce in the center for presentation.
* Sift icing sugar on the outside of the platter with mint leaves and grated chocolate
* Leave uncovered & unrefrigerated for 3 days
