- 8 large hard-cooked eggs
- 1 TBSP. sugar
- 2 TBSP. prepared mustard
- 2 TBSP. half-and-half
- 1 TBSP. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Paprika
- Garnish: Fresh Parsely

Step 1
Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks; add sugar and next 4 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Spoon into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish, if desired.
