Ingredients

8 large hard-cooked eggs
1 TBSP. sugar
2 TBSP. prepared mustard
2 TBSP. half-and-half
1 TBSP. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika
Garnish: Fresh Parsely

Preparation

Step 1

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks; add sugar and next 4 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Spoon into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish, if desired.
