Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unfortified nutritional yeast (such as Sari Foods brand)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon raw or manuka honey
- Pinch of unrefined sea salt

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz together until smooth and creamy.
