- 1 Chuck Roast
- 1 jar Perchini peppers
- 1 packet dry Ranch seasoning
- 1 dry packet of au ju
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cups water
- 1 loaf italian french bread

Step 1
. recipe as follows : take a chuck roast put in the pressure cooker take a jar of perchini peppers and put peppers around the roast about 15 to 20 peppers. then open a packet of dry ranch seasoning packet and pour it on the roast. then open and pour on the roast a dry packet of au ju . then take a stick of butter and place on top the roast pour in 3 cups water. don't pour water on the sauce packets pour it around the roast. then turn it on for 1 hour. roast should just fall apart you take like Italian French bread put the roast on it. get some of the juice from cooker and dip sandwich in juice and it will melt in your mouth. my family ate 2 roasts in one night no left overs.
