Ingredients
- 2 large (15 ounce) cans of chick peas
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons Tahanni, salt; pepper to equal 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1-2 teaspoons parsley fresh-- just leaves

Step 1
Rinse and shell peas. Put in food processor with rest of ingredients. Process until smooth. Really Great!
