Ingredients

  • 2 large (15 ounce) cans of chick peas
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons Tahanni, salt; pepper to equal 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1-2 teaspoons parsley fresh-- just leaves

Step 1

Rinse and shell peas. Put in food processor with rest of ingredients. Process until smooth. Really Great!
