Ingredients

  • 2 containers defrosted almond bark vanilla Tofutti
  • 2 1/2 C rice krispy
  • 2 TB cocoa
  • 2 TB margerine
  • 2/3 C corn syrup
  • 1/2 C crunchy peanut butter
  • 3/4 C chocolate syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1, Mix rice krispies, cocoa, melted margerine and corn syrup.

2. Spray pan and spread rice krispie mixture in pan. Freeze.

3. Mix choc syrup and peanut butter. spread 3/4 of it on top of Rice krispie layer. Freeze.

4. Pour on softened/defrosted tofutti and then freeze.

5. Drizzle the remaining syrup mixture on top ans freeze,
