Ingredients
- PIE SHELL:
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- FILLING:
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- SAUCE:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 diced green pepper (optional)
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Preparation
Step 1
SAUCE:
1. Brown onions and green pepper in small amount of oil until soft.
2. Add meat and brown.
3. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
PIE SHELL:
4. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
5. Stir butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs into hot spaghetti.
6. Form spaghetti into a "crust" into 10" pie plate.
ASSEMBLE:
7. Spread ricotta cheese over spaghetti crust.
8. Top with meat sauce.
9. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
10. Top with Mozzarella cheese and let cheese melt. Let stand before cutting.
