HERB FLAVORED OIL:
FILL THE BOTTLE WITH SLIGHTLY WARMED OLIVE, SAFFLOWER OR OTHER LIGHT OIL. COVER AND LET STEEP FOR 10 DAYS TO 2 WEEKS.
HERB SCENTED VINEGAR:
FILL THE BOTTLE WITH SLIGHTLY WARMED UNFLAVORED WHITE-WINE CIDER, RED-WINE OR WHITE VINEGAR. COVER AND LET STEEP 10 DAYS TO 2 WEEKS. STRAIN THE HERBAL OIL OR VINEGAR IF YOU LIKE.
USE ON SALADS, VEGETABLES OR AS A MARINADE.
