BEST HERBS TO DRY:
BASIL, GREEK OREGANO, MINT, ROSEMARY, THYME.
HOW TO HARVEST:
CUT THE WHOLE STEM OFF CLOSE TO THE BODY OF THE PLANT.
DRY IN MICROWAVE OVEN OR DEHYDRATOR.
PLACE HERBS ON PAPER TOWEL AND TOP WITH PAPER TOWEL. MICROWAVE ON HIGH 1 OR 2 MINUTES OR PLACE ON DEHYDRATOR RACKS AND FOLLOW MANUFACTURER'S DIRECTIONS. KEEP DRIED HERBS IN TACT IN SEALED BAGGIE UNTIL READY TO USE. DO NOT CRUMBLE UNTIL READY TO USE FOR BEST FLAVOR.
