Ingredients
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/2 C Firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 C Karo Syrup (light)
- 1 1/2 Heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 C Puree Pumpkin
- 1 T Rum
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 3/4 t Ground ginger
- 1 10-inch pie shell

Step 1
350F
Whisk the eggs and the brown sugar in large mixing bowl. Add the Karo syrup and whisk until smooth.
Stir in cream, pumpkin and rum. Add the salt, cinnamon and ginger mixing well.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 35-45 minutes (originally it was 30 minutes)
