  • 1 cup(s) low fat cream cheese, whipped variety
  • 3/4 cup(s) store bought cocktail sauce
  • 1 pound(s) lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup(s) uncooked celery, minced
  • 1/2 cup(s) uncooked shallot(s), minced
  • 3 Tbsp capers
  • 1/2 cup(s) avocado, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 medium lemon(s), cut into 8 wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Line up eight 9-oz plastic or glass cups (or very small glass bowls). In each cup, layer 2 Tbsp cream cheese, 1 1/2 Tbsp cocktail sauce, 2 oz crab, 1 Tbsp celery, 1 Tbsp shallot, a heaping tsp capers and 1 Tbsp avocado; garnish with chives and serve with lemon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
