  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 6-inch pita pockets, split open into rounds
  • 1 cup grated 2% mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
  • 5 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

To assemble, place 2 pita halves in center of a large baking sheet. Place remaining pita halves on another baking sheet. Spread 2 tablespoons sauce on each pita, sprinkle with cheese, top with peppers and mushrooms, and sprinkle with oregano.

Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese melts and edges begin to brown. Remove and cook remaining pizzas.
