Sweet Potato Pie

• 4 large sweet potatoes
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 egs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 stick butter
• 1 pinch of cinnamon
• 1 pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the potatoes until tender.

When you stick a ford in them, it should go easy by not fall apart.

Let potatoes cool and peel them.

Put potatoes in mixing bowl and mash thoroughly.

Pour melted butter and other ingredients with potatoes. Stir.

Pour mixture onto crust.

Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
