  • 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4-oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
  • 2 ounces canned jalapeno peppers, drained and diced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf Sourdough bread, cut into bite-sized chunks

Step 1

In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth; stir in green chilies and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a microwave-safe serving dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
