Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, cut in strips
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Pinch of sage
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 28 oz chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup toasted pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Toss chicken in seasoned flour and lightly brown in butter. Remove chicken from skillet. Add next 6 ingredients and bring to a boil; replace chicken, cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serve over rice and top with pecans.
RICE: Cook 2 cups rice, 4 cups water, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 Tablespoon butter, Cook 20 minutes.
