Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 No (2 1/ cans) fruit cocktail, well drained
  • 2 #303 cans crushed pineapple, well drained.
  • 1 large jar marachino cherries well drained
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 package marshmellows (small ones)

Preparation

Step 1

In a heavy pan cook eggs, juices and salt in Double Broiler about 12 minutes until mixture coats a spoon). Cool and chill in fridge. Whip cream and gently fold into custard; then fold in fruit and nuts.

Refrigerate for 24 hours.
