  • 1 Devils Food or Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Box Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tub Chocolate Icing

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake as directed on box in three layers. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Layer on cake ending with cake on top.
Microwave tub frosting for about 15 to 20 seconds. Pour over top of cake. Smooth icing on top and on sides. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Can be frozen.
